Meet the Team
All our team are seasoned professionals with experience across all areas of the public sector including Central and Local Government, Blue Light Services, Health, Education and Defence; including security cleared team members with experience of working in the most sensitive projects.

Bill Leach, BA (Hons)
Bill is an experienced business consultant with specific experience in online engagement, supporting small businesses on the development and delivery of their web and social media strategies.
Bill’s recent work includes reviewing performance expectations of major regeneration developments in southern England to identify key elements for the business case for each development. He was also a participant in the Copernicus Accelerator Programme as part of European Space Week 2017 in Estonia.
Professor Nigel Mellors, PhD
Professor Mellors has worked for 17 years in the Higher Education sector and 12 years in the private sector. He was Pro Vice Chancellor Research & Enterprise (inc International) for five years and has considerable experience at senior management level and understands the complex balance of an academic institute’s ambitions and delivery against these goals and objectives within an academic and commercial environment.
